Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Evolution Force ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, you must not use the App.

1. Description of service

Evolution Force is a strength-training app that offers training programs, progress tracking, weight-progression suggestions, and nutrition estimates, calculated from the data you provide.

2. Your account

• You must provide truthful information when registering.
• You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs on your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account, by writing to javiercollao8@gmail.com.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3. Subscription and billing

Access to Evolution Force requires a paid subscription.

• Price: USD 9.99 per month (the exact price in your local currency may vary and is shown on the purchase screen within the App).
• Free trial: new subscribers get a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel before it ends, the subscription activates automatically and you're charged the monthly price.
• Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically every month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Billing: payment is processed through your Apple account (App Store) when you confirm the purchase, and on each renewal. We don't process or store your payment information — Apple handles that directly.
• How to cancel: you can cancel anytime from your device's Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Canceling stops future charges but keeps access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Important: deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. These are two independent actions — if you delete your account from the App without first canceling the subscription in your Apple Settings, you'll keep being billed. We recommend canceling the subscription first.
• Refunds: requested directly from Apple according to their policies — we do not process or guarantee them.
• Price changes: if we change the subscription price, we'll notify you in advance before it applies to your next renewal.

4. Not medical advice

The App generates training suggestions and nutrition estimates based on algorithms and the data you provide. This does not replace advice from a doctor, dietitian, or certified trainer. Talk to a healthcare professional before starting any training program or nutritional change, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition, are pregnant, or have injuries. Use of the App is at your own risk.

5. Acceptable use

By using the App, you agree not to:

• Use it for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or non-public parts of the App.
• Interfere with the normal operation of the App or its servers.
• Copy, modify, or distribute the App's content without authorization.

6. Intellectual property

The App's content (training programs, exercise catalog, design, the "Evolution Force" brand and logo) is the property of Javier Collao or its licensors. No rights over these elements are granted to you beyond normal use of the App.

7. Service availability

We work to keep the App available, but we don't guarantee it will run without interruptions or errors. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the App at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Evolution Force and its developers are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from use of the App, including those related to physical training or the nutritional recommendations generated.

9. Account cancellation

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time, directly from the App (Profile → Delete Account) or by writing to javiercollao8@gmail.com. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription — see section 3. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you within the App.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Chile.
